Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with SearchAPI. If you are not happy with a qualifying purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date (or renewal charge date for that billing period, where applicable).
This is not an “all sales final” policy. Eligible refund requests submitted within the window will be processed in line with this policy and Paddle’s processes.
How to request a refund
- Prefer the Paddle buyer tools: open your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net / Paddle’s customer support links shown on your invoice, and request a refund or return for the SearchAPI order; or
-
Email [email protected] with:
- The email used at checkout;
- Order / transaction ID from your Paddle receipt;
- A short reason for the request.
What is covered
- New subscriptions and qualifying one-time purchases of SearchAPI plans sold via Paddle;
- Requests made within 30 days of the relevant charge;
- Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method by Paddle.
What may not be covered
- Requests made after the 30-day window (we may still help at our discretion);
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or Terms of Service violations;
- Third-party fees that your bank or card issuer may charge independently of us or Paddle.
Extreme usage far beyond a good-faith trial (for example, consuming a large share of a high-volume plan then immediately requesting a refund) may be reviewed case by case.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless you request a refund within the 30-day window for that charge. Manage or cancel via the links on your Paddle receipt, or contact us for help.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle. Card and PayPal timelines vary (often several business days; sometimes longer depending on your provider).
